Indian-American Vocalist Chandrika Tandon Wins Grammy Award for Album 'Triveni'

Indian-American vocalist and entrepreneur Chandrika Tandon has been honored with a Grammy Award for her album 'Triveni' in the Best New Age, Ambient or Chant Album category. The prestigious award was presented at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards, organized by the Recording Academy, held on Sunday at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

Tandon, a global business leader and the elder sister of former PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi, shared the accolade with her collaborators, South African flautist Wouter Kellerman and Japanese cellist Eru Matsumoto. In her acceptance speech, Tandon expressed her gratitude and love for music, stating, "Music is love, music is light, and music is laughter. Let's all be surrounded by love, light, and laughter. Thank you for the music, and thank you to everyone who makes music."

The win marks a significant achievement for Tandon, who has seamlessly balanced her roles as a business leader and a passionate artist, earning recognition on one of the world's most celebrated musical stages.
